Form Editing on Web
Users can now edit a form on Ribbiot web. This will streamline the ability for users to adjust submitted timecards and other forms once they have been submitted. Key updates include:
- Mobile State Update: Forms now display editable states directly on the mobile interface, allowing modifications with real-time updates.
- Form History View: A detailed edit history is available for each timecard, providing transparency and audit trails for changes.
- Improved Permissions: Edit icons will only display for forms that are editable
These updates aim to increase payroll and billing accuracy and provide trust in the system while supporting faster processing.
Mobile Web View for Ribbiot Operations Center (MoROC)
The MoROC mobile web interface received significant improvements to enhance job management functionalities - now from your phone! Key updates include:
- Job Viewing: Chronological job lists are now displayed for quick reference, sorted by day.
- Job Updates: A streamlined editing view with a user-friendly date picker allows for rapid date modifications.
- Job Creation: Users can now create new jobs effortlessly, with the current date set as default.
- Responsive Design: Optimizations ensure the interface loads quickly and adapts seamlessly across different device sizes.
These enhancements cater to operational efficiency and improved usability for mobile users managing Ribbiot operations.
