User Availability for Jobs

- ✅ A new User Availability view lets dispatchers instantly see which crew members are available, booked, or overloaded.
- ✅ Available in the Dispatch view, the Job Dashboard, and the Add Users to Job modal — so availability context is always where you need it.
- ✅ Filter by branch, user type, or availability status to quickly narrow down your options.
- ✅ Toggle "available only" to hide booked crew and focus on who's free.
- ✅ Double-bookings and overloaded schedules are clearly flagged so you can avoid assignment conflicts.

- ✅ Works across all long-list filter dropdowns for a faster, more intuitive filtering experience.

As teams and data grow, scrolling through massive dropdown lists became a real pain point — especially for filters like Crew Members that can include hundreds of names. Now you can simply type to search, cutting what used to be a multi-scroll exercise down to a few keystrokes.
