Why do I not have access to [a specific feature]?
Our app will only display the features that you have permission for. If you want to have access to a particular feature, speak to your Ribbiot Admin as they can update your account with the appropriate permission.
Will my in-progress forms be deleted if I log out?
Logging out of the app and logging back into the same account will not delete your in-progress forms. Your in-progress forms will only be deleted if you delete your app or log out of your app and log in as a different user.
Will this app track my phone?
Our app requests location permissions to enhance your experience by helping you track and manage your equipment more effectively using Bluetooth trackers. It's important to note that location tracking at home would only occur if you decide to take a piece of equipment with a Bluetooth tracker home and then open the Ribbiot app. In such cases, the location information ensures that you can easily locate your equipment even when it's not where it is supposed to be.
