How to Navigate the Schedule Tab
- Open the mobile app and tap on the Schedule Tab at the bottom of your screen.
- Listed should be the jobs that you are assigned to
- Tapping on the job opens up the job details screen for that job
- You can then use the slider at the top of the screen to view the job assets, and the job crew members assigned to the job

Why can't I see my job on the job schedule?
This is due to one of two reasons:
- Your phone doesn't have a strong data connection and can't download updates.
- You have not been assigned to the job crew by dispatch
Why can't I see changes to my job on the job schedule?
This is due to one of two reasons:
- Your phone doesn't have a strong data connection and can't download updates.
- Your phone will check for updates every hour. To force a refresh background the app then bring it to the foreground.
Why can't I see my past job?
Your phone will hold on to past jobs for 24 hours. After that, they are removed from your mobile device. Any timecards you submit for the job are always available to you.
